“15 years ago J & J refinished most of the original hardwood floors in our 1952 home. We kept carpet over the floor in the one room we did not have refinished, but the carpet is gone now and I can easily see the difference (see photos: not refinished on the left, refinished on the right). I admit that I do not take great care of my floors, so I am very satisfied with the work the J & J did given that we are a fairly active family of four with two dogs. I recommend J & J highly given that their work has stood the test of time. It looks to me the 1 star given by the other reviewer is from a competing refinishing company.”
