(September 23, 2018, 7:05 pm)Great trail! The middle part of the trail is all along a serene creek. We went closer to 5 and there were a few runners but not anyone else on the trail. There's a simple bridge and then you go by the old suspension bridge. It's really beautiful! Although, it's longer than expected. I think the loop was closer to 2 miles than 1.4.

(February 19, 2017, 8:15 pm)Easy 1.4 mile hike along forest paths and Quantico Creek. My three young daughters (6, 4 and 4) all easily completed the hike. Great as a way to access longer trails.
