“In light of the current circumstances with Covid-19, the clinicians are actually doing the best at their job. It's already challenging enough to engage in activities to help our youth, especially with the distancing in place. I understand the ratings already here, but instead of criticism it would be best to provide feedback to help these clinicians grow, given the ever limited resources in the community. Perhaps I will start by letting them to know communicate all accommodations with their clients over time, so the Covid measures and client preferences are taken better into account. We're all human, so blaming poor professionalism doesn't help the company to better service the community. All in all, I've had a great experience with this company.
