  Myles is extremely knowledgeable and so wonderful at explaining things in a way that anyone can understand. He has helped with tech related issues as minor as email to transferring of data from one system to another. Very kind and patient, and an expert in his field.

  I was most impressed with Myles' knowledge of my PC and setting up, from scratch, an operation suited to my particular needs. His help with my husband's new PC was essential to having a seamless transmission of our data. Myles also transitioned our change to a new phone provider. In summary, a job well done.

  Myles is my go-to tech help person.  He’s just a phone call away.  Patience and excellent at tutoring with how to use software.  The best thing he did for me was showing me how to display my different open programs on two side by side monitors. Highly recommend him!

  Myles is awesome! He was able to figure out what I needed/was saying (b/c I don't know computer language) and fix my problem. He's also great at thinking ahead and pre-empt any problems.

  I needed help setting up a new desktop computer, including transferring files from an old one, resolving networking issues, and getting instructions on new operating systems. Myles Nienstadt provided expert assistance over-the-phone and in person. He helped me get up-and-running in a timely manner. His services were professional, friendly, and he resolved all of my issues. I give my highest possible recommendation.
