“I genuinely dont know why this place has bad reviews. If residents had a problem all they would need to do is reach out to the leasing office. Some of the nicest, most genuine people trying to help you and get you sorted. Me and my roommate both call them one of the best landlords we've ever had. Location is perfect as its close enough for access to plenty, but you dont ever feel like theres a lot of people around you. Great place to live honestly only ever had a few issues but when we did, we reached out and they helped us. The people complaining are probably ones who didnt reach out when stuff started messing up, then decided to complain after it was too broken.”

“Mason's Keepe is a phenomenal complex. This is my first apartment & I couldn't be more pleased with the home. The only thing better than the home is the staff. All three employees make it worthwhile. I personally wouldn't stay here if any of them were to find work elsewhere.”
