“First of all I have to say I miss Pentagon Federal Credit Union, now it is called PenFed who assigned a member number I never can remember, offerings are limited :/, there is no drive thru service, for a split second there was this weird offering of depositing money with a representative on a tv and you pick up the phone, that didn't last two long. Now, you wait in line for an associate that is sitting around a circular desk. The Feng-Shui in this place is way off. However odd, the staff is friendly and very helpful. This location is located walking distance from my home.”
