“Nickie is the best! She is an excellent stylist who listens to me as her client and does the cut and styling to meet my request. She responds promptly to appointment requests and keeps me informed if she encounters traffic or other delays in getting to my house. During the pandemic she has been careful to mask up and take other precautions. As always she sanitizes her instruments and hands before and after each appointment. All of us have had to adjust to the pandemic and, while I used Nickie before 2020, I have found her "traveling stylist" services to be even more convenient and perfect for my needs.”

Technician (Sami) arrived promptly within the scheduled four hour window. The water inlet valve was leaking, the technician ordered it and came back out within a week to install the part.
