The estimates they provided is the most detailed from all the estimates we received for the JOB; it listed exactly what you will get and what each option will cost. MidAtlantic communicated with us promptly through out the permit and scheduling process. Everyone we interacted with, from sales to office staff to builders were very professional and very friendly. They answered any question we had, explained any confusion we had and provided any information we requested. Once they started building, the builders came promptly in the morning, worked tirelessly through out the day and left the work area cleared and arranged properly at the end of the day. They were done building the deck in 5 days as they exactly told us when they provided us the estimates. The deck looks amazing and they cleaned up well once done. “I have been living in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful! This is one of the best priced apartment complexes in Woodbridge and the location is superb. I was immediately welcomed my Mrs. Elizabeth who really helped me with the entire leasing process. I had over paid on my initial deposit and she immediately helped me with the math and refunded my money. None of the other rental offices I have dealt with in the past have been so helpful and responsive. The maintenance man is ALWAYS running about and working so hard to keep the grounds and residents happy! He is seriously amazing. I rarely ever hear my upstairs neighbors, unless something heavy is dropped. There are some noise issues from the Parkway, but nothing a fan or a tv can't drown out. These apartments are very clean and they do their best to keep pests out. The office does a great job of communicating events and maintenance visits. They also offer recycling! After choosing to live on my own, I am so glad I chose the Crossings at Summerland!”
