I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences getting my 35mm film developed at Photo 60 Studio, and have always been more than happy to pay a dollar or so more than other mail-in competitors for the assured quality and to support a local business. (Plus if you follow them on Instagram they drop coupon codes relatively frequently if you prefer to wait for some savings) Turnaround is typically a week or less and I have used the “night drop box” outside of the shop more than once when driving through Woodbridge outside of operating hours. Yesterday, I stopped by a few minutes before close and had been having a small issue rewinding a roll on a new (to me) film camera. The owner graciously took a quick look at my camera inside of the shop’s dark box to make sure my film didn’t get ruined when I tried to take it out, and offered some advice for the future. Even if that roll doesn’t end up turning out (due to my own error), this gesture meant a lot to me! I will continue to send my film to Photo 60 Studio and recommend its services to everyone I know.”

“We have worked with BNTZ Home improvement a few times since moving into our new home 2 years ago and are always overjoyed with the experience! The seller of our home had "renovated" the home by removing an essential arch way/ wall, to make the Floorplan open. Unfortunately, the wall that was removed had a support beam in it. This made the floor above it start to cave in! BNTZ Home Improvement was recommended by our realtor so we called him right away. Ever was responsive, thorough, professional and cost effective. They sealed off the entire work area to avoid spreading dust and debris throughout the house and were so respectful of our home! The work was successful at raising the floor on the upper level, to close the gap between the carpet and the floorboard! The next year, we called again to have our bathroom completely remodeled. Again, the craftsmanship and attention to detail was top-notch! They communicated with us during the process to ensure that we were OK with tile placement and other decisions. “I have a backpack that had two zipper that were not working. I had two other canvas repair look at it both said it can't be fixed. I contacted the owners and said that would like to look at it. I meet them and they took my backpack to evaluate. Two days later I was call and one zipper was repaired. The other on was not able to be repaired or replaced without total being totally disassemble. It was on the bottom and was never used anyway. Jay and Heather were straight up, honest and extremely reasonable on the price. I highly recommend them for any canvass wotk.”
