From the very start Environmental PC impressed us with their professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service. Their phone intake of us, as new clients, was quick, convenient, and cordial. A subsequent question we had was answered promptly. Darrin, the technician who arrived promptly for the scheduled service, was thorough and wrote a detailed report. The online customer portal is convenient, but when I called the office it was easy to reach Jon and get needed information.

I am a resident of Highgate Townhomes and we had a service done. I asked him personally to see if he could put some bait stations down for rodent control around my side of the community. Let me just say that I highly recommend this company. My technician, Michael, was very professional and polite. He performed the service to my whole community and didn't complain. I asked him a question, he explained it to me, and just did it. Very pleased.
