“When other companies did not want to special-cut a backplate to fit the brick arch in our colonial fireplace, NICTO did not hesitate and took their custom work a step further while installing the wood-burning insert. NICTO custom fit the front plate to the brick, too, so the insert doesn’t sit outside the fireplace opening. The team cleaned the chimney of years of glazed creosote so we would not smell it ever again, installed an insulated liner, and new cap. The team did the tuckwork in chimney mortar and sealed the chimney, too, all for what competitors would charge just for the insert and basic install (no custom work). The team paid incredible attention to detail, we’re prompt, courteous, cleaned up, and were respectful of time. I ordered the cheeseburger combo and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had; plus, the fries came seasoned. If you ever want a quaint hangout spot for breakfast or lunch then come here.
