“I can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I both had the best experience here. We both saw Nely for facials with extractions. Nely was very welcoming and knowledgable. My husband was nervous prior to the visit and she made him feel extremely comfortable. The process was relaxing and comfortable. And as for my skin afterwards, I'm completely glowing. “I had Tara as a masseuse. She was phenomenal!! I’m so relaxed after my 90 minutes massage it’s amazing. I have chronic back pain, I’ve had 5 spinal surgeries and constantly in pain. Tara discussed my situation before the massage & then got to work. I didn’t know that knots could be massaged out without intense pain! She got every knot out of my very tense shoulder & shoulder blade areas and it felt relaxing, not painful! I’ll definitely be going back!”

The gate pose I am showing off is something I wasn’t comfortable with when I first started. The changes I have had in my personal fitness and overall wellness since discovery this studio are just amazing. This studio is welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and skillsets. As I grow more confident in my capabilities, they offer challenges to meet my needs. I found this studio while out for a walk in my neighborhood, I have always wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated. This studio has amazing teachers, staff, and owners. I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I walked in. The studio is inclusive of all regardless of skill level, background, and experience, and make their classes accessible to all. I love the way the instructors will suggest modifications to poses in order make them accessible to everyone in the class. The classes are challenging and fun. I love that they offer a beginners series that helps the students understand not just the mechanics of the main poses but the why and what muscles and body parts are used for each. The studio is very clean and welcoming. I have enjoyed all of the different types of classes but really enjoy the Morning Glow 6am class, the class often corresponds to the sunrise which is amazing and starts my day on a wonderful positive note.”

“Our 6 year old daughter had her tonsils taken out with Dr Alex Cheng. The entire staff was amazing and super friendly. They made us all feel at ease and our daughter was comfortable during her whole procedure. The nurses kept joking and making sure we were all at ease. The facility is very nice and up to date as well. Dr Cheng is a great surgeon and has awesome bedside manner. Our entire experience here was super.”

“My husband loves this place! Every once in a while we stop in here for their family chicken meal. I enjoy the rice and beans, chicken is good. We tend to eat there so it's fresh since we live a little too far away to take home. I highly suggest their seafood soup, they make it when you order it so you don't have to worry about it sitting out.”

“Wonderful group of people who are very welcoming, inclusive, and kind. They are very out reach and missions oriented. The church is highly involved with the local homeless ministry as well as many others. The youth group is stable and encouraging. For me personally, the liturgy can be a little overwhelming. It is a blend of contemporary along with a very strong Anglo-Catholic flavor. That is my one personal drawback. But for those who don't mind that, this would probably be the perfect church. For the most part, the worship is actually worshipful. I do wish the music director wouldn't be so wedded to the liturgical scriptures for the week. There seem to be a number of songs where the music team is not completely comfortable with the melody, and that the congregation has never heard before. It is important to have some new songs. But too many of them without repeating seems counter productive. What is interesting though, despite this rather basic worship leading no-no, the worship still send to happen to the point that one can sense the Lord's presence anyway.”
