“This was a great little place to stay that's a bit off the beaten path. The proprietors were extremely friendly and they made some really delicious food. It is very convenient for any trip to Shenandoah but particularly for the "old rag" hike which you can only enter from outside the park. It's only about ten minutes away from the parking lot by car (which was great when I forgot something and had to run back!). They packed breakfast and lunch for me to take on the hike, which was a huge plus. It's a bit rustic but that just adds to the charm, in my opinion.”

“We travel quite a bit and are always looking for the genuine element rather than tourist presentations. This Inn is most definitely one of those experiences. Beautiful, friendly, comfortable and elegant in a most genuine way. The Farm and Inn staff as well as the community have taken pains to preserve the natural beauty of the area and, as a result, it feels "restorative" to be there. Absolutely lovely, in all the right ways.”
