  The trainers at the St Pete location are beyond amazing. Chan is like a personal trainer to each member in the group setting. So bummed that I moved and need to find a new BBC location but if the trainers are half as great as Chan I’ll be set for success!

  Burn boot camp has changed my life. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. It’s a friendly environment- they don’t make you feel bad for your size or ability. They just want to make you a healthier you! I have never sweat so much or worked so hard for 45 minutes when going to a regular gym. David and Chan are amazing trainers and they are so eager to encourage us all! Just when you feel like giving up they encourage you to keep going. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp to all of my friends and family!

  The instructor, Travis - although he is young enough to be my grandson he doesn’t let me wimp out -he keeps encouraging me to work as hard as I can. He also gives excellent nutritional advice.
  The facility is set up to protect its member's joints but still keep their aerobic burn high.
  The exercises tone while keeping heart rate high and members are always given alternatives to make it possible to get a good workout when they have had previous injuries.
  I am becoming more fit. At my age, my max heart rate is figured to be 155. So far I’ve had it up to 177. I have dropped my resting heart rate from 35 to 33. I think that I am becoming more toned.
  The BBC concept is all about positive feed back and recognizing all of your achievements , no negativity, so elevates and encourages you to want to keep on working at your maximum every time you are there. They WILL help you to achieve your goals.
