I had to conquer my fear of the power of the River at its Peak. This walk let my instincts be at its highest level. There was nothing to fear Richmond Virginia would not let anyone jeopardize themselves at any point of the trail bridge over the James River. All in all I enjoyed the experience.

A lovely little walk and you can head over the river on the bridge. Parking is tough though, so be prepared to carpool or walk from a nearby neighborhood.
Beautiful space to sunbathe, picnic and stroll. Close to downtown and to the trails. Most evenings feels really safe because there are plenty of people. Includes an outdoor climbing wall and one of the best overlooks over the city.
One of the best spots in the city. Great place to walk around or hang out. Also home to many great events throughout the year.
