Everyone there is incredibly helpful and willing to help you get what you need. I purchased two Steelcase Leap chairs and before I picked them up they were steam-cleaned, wiped down, and the pistons were lubricated. Additionally, John notified me that the chairs have a 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year warranty. I did have an issue with the pistons hanging on both of the chairs, but when I got in touch with John he offered to either have two other chairs brought to my house (which is forty-five minutes away from the shop) or send someone out to take a look at them. I ended up bringing the chairs back myself because I was in the area and John personally took a look at them. I ended up swapping out for the other chairs but wanted to swap out the backing and armrests on the chairs; John ensured that this was no problem and his skilled employees made quick work of the adjustments.
