“S.A. Toler has been a pleasure to work with. They patched our leaking water main in Feb 2022 and came back to replace the entire line in Aug 2022. Each time they were responsive, courteous, did quality work, and did their best to restore the yard after the repair. After the replacement, there was an issue with the connection to the meter and they came out first thing Monday morning to fix the problem, including calling the county. Ellen and Scott were great and helped us out when it was needed. Would highly recommend!”

Replaced our leaking water heater within a couple hours for lower price than others were charging for the water heater without labor to install the new one and remove the old one. And, redid line to avoid future problems and took time to show us how to reset water temperature and how to flush the water heater so we won't have to call a plumber. This is a small, multigenerational company that makes being small look good. We have used them a couple times and recommend them.”

“We had new, thick carpet and memory foam pad installed in three bedrooms, closets, hall and living room. Cooper Services sent out two installers to residence in Balch Springs, Texas. They were on time, worked hard, and took very short breaks if any at all (I just saw water breaks, staying hydrated) and it was triple digit weather....HOT. They were respectful of our home and to us. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. They did work all day on Friday and came back early Saturday morning (their day off) as promised to finish. My husband and I were very impressed by these two installers. Glad I went with products from Home Depot and Cooper Installation Services (offered by Home Depot). The only down fall was that the carpet was a week late in arriving to Home Depot warehouse but not HD or CIS fault.”
