“Me and my family moved here a few weeks ago and is loving it. My daughter and wife feel safe here compared to living on the Northside of Richmond. I don't worry too much of my car being messed with and its extremely quiet. Its only been three weeks and I've became cool with maintenance, most likely because we're originally born bread from New York City....lol. Now the rent is like a mortgage, i will not lie, but at least this a place where you can relax, and not worry about someone coming around and blasting their music after hours. Love the staff here as well.”

“I moved into Willow Oaks Apartments back in November of 2019 and I haven’t had any complaints. When I do have a question or a need, the staff in the front office are always welcoming and friendly and doesn’t treat me like I’m just another tenant in there building but they treat me with respect and like a friend. Absolutely love this place. My balcony is facing trees with I really like. This area is really quiet and the people I’ve met so far coming in and leaving out are really friendly. I absolutely love the space in the apartment and my daughter loves the space as well. I wish I had 4 hands, I would give Willow Oaks Apartments FOUR THUMBS UP? 5/12/2020 I am so impressed with the reaction time of the maintenance crew here at Willow Oaks Apartments. I submitted a service request late afternoon on 5/11/2020 and my request was completed within 24 hours. Absolutely incredible reaction time. I love the Apartments of Willow Oaks.”

“My best friend lives here. It is a beautiful building. Her apartment is on the top floor and the views of downtown/the river hit you as soon as you enter her front door. I was at her apartment once when maintenance came in and they were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the safety and concern the managers have for my best friend while she is a resident here. Perhaps when my lease is up I’ll move here as well.”

“I have lived at 2000 Riverside Apartments for six months now and I'm very happy with my choice. There is a good sense of community in this building that is supported by the staff (hats off to Colleen, Candace, Paul, Daryl and Tito) who are always friendly and helpful. I have experienced the occasional after hours noise issue, something common in any apartment I have lived in, but the building management here addressed the issue quickly and now I sleep soundly. Point is, there are always going to be some issue, so it's important to me to live somewhere that my concerns are heard and the rules are enforced in a professional manner. I love all the building amenities, especially the gym and free coffee (currently not available due to the virus, but understandable). I picked this place for the location along the river with the easy access to the trail system and it has been incredible! I'm happy to call this place my home.”

“The Symbol Apartments are by far the nicest apartments in Scott's Addition, if not in all of Richmond. The units themselves are modern and beautiful, with ample natural light, and the entire facility (gym, pool, courtyard) is always kept impeccably clean. In addition to the grounds being great, the staff is absolutely amazing. They are both helpful, understanding, and fun. I have only really worked with Jessica and Chesley, but my experiences with them have been warm and wonderful. They put on fantastic community events like "Friendsgiving" and trivia nights, not to mention awesome pool parties in the summer! They are extremely hard working, and do a wonderful job maintaining order and FUN at the same time among the Symbol Community. I can honestly say that because of this apartment complex and management team, I have made some of the most amazing, lifelong friends. I highly recommend living here, you will never want to leave!”
