The groups and the therapists (even if at first believe they aren't worth your time) are absolutely amazing!!!
Katie Fields is the best therapist i have ever had. Katie and Kylie facilitate the DBT groups and without the DBT skills i learned i would have never been able to stay sober (after years of constant relapse). I also was in Danielle's Thursday night S.A. group was also extremely helpful in my journey in sobriety. Every therapist has different approaches, but every single one of them will never give-up on you even when you want to give-up on yourself. Long story short i LOVE Lighthouse Counseling and would recommend it to anyone!!!
