“I bought a used golf cart here without a warranty. I have had a few minor issues with my cart, mostly with common wear and tear items. The staff at Lake Anna Golf Carts have been very helpful in helping me get parts oredered at a fair price and have been amazingly helpful in explaining how to conduct repairs and maintenance procedures. They are a full service store not just to just sell you a cart or up sell you on accessories. They are very knowledgeable about what parts to use and what not to use. They also rent carts with delivery and pick up service, if you just want to see what is right you. Highly recommended, just give them a call because a web page can't contain everything they offer.”

“New Review: I came back to leave another review. A new guy came and finally fixed the issue. I DID leave a voicemail, but the person who called me was very apologetic and they were quick to come remedy the issue. The guy said he would talk with his boss about getting the dry wall fixed, but in all I am now at least happy they came back and fixed the leak. I would suggest making having your plumbers make sure the leak is completely fixed before leaving by running the water for a good amount of time. In the mean time I'll be waiting on a call back about the dry wall. Thank you for coming back and fixing the leak. Previous: If I could give 0 Stars I would. The guy came to my house, First of all the guy was rude and gave little information on how the dry wall would be fixed. He had no paper work and was unprofessional. He claimed he fixed my pipe leak, but the moment I cute shower on Upstairs water was once again ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR DOWNSTAIRS. I have called and left voicemails, No RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED AND GOT MY CALL IGNORED AND SENT STR8 TO VOICEMAIL. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND ILL MAKE SURE ALL OF MY HOMEOWNER FRIENDS KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

He diagnosed the problem with the toilet bowl leak and was able to fix it within one hour. He clearly explained to me what the issue was and how he resolved it. “I had contacted several pest control companies after trying to get rid of a rat problem for more than a year. Most of the folks I talked to insisted that a long term contract was the only solution, and anyone who suggested otherwise just putting a band aid on the problem. Lee Shelton was the only one who actually listened to me, and gave me valuable insight into how I was handling the problem on my own. I didn't actually hire Lee because it seems that I have gotten the rat problem under control on my own, however, if the pests return, I will definitely call Shelton Wildlife Removal, and will recommend him to anyone I know with a pest problem. His philosophy of pest control is more logical than any other pro who I talked to, and he does not just deliver a rehearsed sales pitch for a long term, potentially unnecessary contract.”
