“Incredible service!!! I was struggling with my old furnace oil boiler during the coldest days of January. The whole system kept shutting off. Josh and Delmarva Aire took amazing care, taking the time to figure out exactly what was wrong while being kind and informative. It took three separate visits to completely fix the problem. The whole time Josh was in contact with me and checked in for a few days after the repairs were complete to make sure my system was running smoothly. I asked her for several special touches and she didn't even hesitate or second guess my needs. She just assured me she could do it and would make it perfect. She not only made this goodies gift basket with my specific wants but she also sent me pictures as it was coming together and when it was finished. “I went here to get my 8-year old daughter's flu shot taken care of today. She was an absolute mess about it, and multiple employees did their absolute best to calm her down and distract her, by talking to her about school, the shirt she was wearing, her favorite thing to watch, letting her sit on one of their laps, offering cookies, anything.
