I contacted her seeking a custom gift basket that I needed to have delivered the same day. Robin asked me a few important questions and was so professional and warm as we talked. I asked her for several special touches and she didn't even hesitate or second guess my needs. She just assured me she could do it and would make it perfect. She not only made this goodies gift basket with my specific wants but she also sent me pictures as it was coming together and when it was finished.
