Once they helped me decide on a color & cut, Krista got to work on mixing my color and even used an add on color to achieve what I wanted. I was really pleased with the color & cut. “I have to say that the last negative response is very extreme. It's funny what people will say when they are mad. The salon as a whole shouldn't have to pay for one stylist mistake. Some of these girls are new hairdressers and are learning. The salon is very busy and sometimes shorthanded at the front desk as well as the shampoo area. I've been a stylist there for a long long time and I've seen people come and go as well as coworkers. They go somewhere else but then most of the time they eventually come back and try again. I'm sorry for those of you that had a bad experience, but try us again and ask for a senior stylist or a senior executive stylist. I'm sure you will be happy.”
