It was a very large purchase, and I paid for expedited shipping in order to get it by the weekend dance recital. It accidentally got shipped as GROUND, when should have been 2 day. I noticed the next day. She was very responsive to my panicked email, and sent another item out that evening - and it arrived in time! She then instructed me to "refuse" delivery of the duplicate shipment, which I did. The service was top notch, and the shipping prices were half of other sites. I will definitely be ordering from her again. Also, you can call her and get opinions on items - she is an experienced dance mom. She is not unfriendly at all! ”
