“Mr. Robert was very professional and understand what I was going for. From the first visit to the shop, to setting up the appointment to have the custom work completed, the process was very simple. Mr. Robert took the time to explain the options and was very upfront about the possible outcome of my exhaust due to the type of car that I have. I am active duty military with a very busy schedule, but Mr. Robert was about to make accommodations with both of our schedules. I highly recommend this place and will gladly refer my friends and coworkers that are looking for a new exhaust for their vehicle.”

“Bottom Line Up Front: Excellent service. Would hire again. Highly recommended for guys on MCB Quantico. Full Story: My car wouldn't start. It was parked in a parking lot at work on a military base. I chose one of the first names that came up, the Kars Mobile Unit, to come have a look. The gentleman who runs the business was at my location in less than an hour with all tools and diagnostic equipment necessary for the job. In less than ten minutes, he figured out why my car wasn't starting, made the required fix, and checked a few more things while he was at it. He even saw that my headlights were clouded up and used that light de-clouding stuff on it (don't know what it's called) at no extra charge. All told, I was charged $25 for him to come out to the vehicle, fix my issue, and inspect/fix a few other little basic maintenance issues. Compare that to having my car towed to a mechanic who may look at it in a day or two, and who will charge considerably more for every moment spent with it. Pros - Very obvious expertise in a wide variety of maintenance issues. - Just a cool guy generally. - Extremely competitive pricing. - Small, local, veteran owned business. - Credentialed to be able to access military bases. Cons - None in my experience.”

“The first time I met Ralph he was professional and polite escorting me through his shop to let me see what he could provide to his customers. I was impressed with the layout, cleanliness and how his employees were professional and courteous explaining each machine precisely. I knew without a doubt this is where I wanted my numbers matching motor to be rebuilt. Ralph was always upfront with the cost, never pushy but explaining in his professional opinion why he would take a certain route during the rebuild. I currently have three classic cars and understand the cost it takes to get them back to their original worth so everyone who comments about the price doesn't understand what is involved in a restoration. The motor and trans required a lot of machine work due to the car setting for approximately 30 plus years causing a crack in the block near the freeze plug. This included motor disassembled/reassembled, cylinders bored/honed, polish/balance crank, block decked, heads machined, plus a lot of other machining and assembly I left out. During the process Ralph communicated everything, plus he knew it was a numbers matching motor so all the original numbers weren't affected during the process. He put the motor on a test stand and it purrs like a kitten. I can't thank Ralph enough for bringing my motor back to life and letting me put my original 327 back on the street for everyone to enjoy. If you have any doubt about "The Restoration Shop" just stop by and take the tour, prices are right, shop is clean, and Ralph and his staff are "Top Notch". "Bowtie Forever" Tony”

“Absolutely amazing service!! Tony the GM and Mike the service tech are the epitome of what "above and beyond customer service" is. The pricing and service are what make this Tires Plus the best service location I have ever been to. They are no nonsense like some other service shops and are very honest with how they operate. If they make a mistake, they will 110% make it right. I am a lifetime customer because of the pride they take in running a straight and honest business.”

“As a pharmaceutical rep I am on road most of the time and I heavily depend on my car. Was told that i need brake pads and rotors replaced, shopped around for couple of days to get a good deal plus a reliable mechanic. Took my car to this location as well, spoke to the manager Dennis, who was very professional and respectful. He explained the diagnosis along with the cost which was so far the best I had found. They were quite busy that day so he asked me to leave the car and pick it up around 4pm. By 4:15pm received a call from him that my car is ready. Went to pick it up, did a test drive with a mechanic and it was all fixed. I am very happy with the work done on my car. Giving it 5 stars for professionalism and good quality work.”

“I could not be happier with the incredible customer service that I received at Leckner Nissan, I had the pleasure of working with Scott, Jeremy and the financial advisor Danielle, I have a pretty hectic schedule and they certainly took the time to work on a good deal on a good vehicle for me. I am now a proud owner of an Altima. I appreciate all of the help and will most definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here!!”

“Awesome Service! Just walked out of Walmart neighborhood market and saw a guy with the auto zone shirt helping an older woman; he was jumping her truck battery with a "jump it". So nice of him. So glad to have this new auto zone so close to our house.”

“Nice staff at the info counter. Really cool place to browse car parts, wish it was a little organized better but they had a big selection. Didn't get everything I wanted due to it was way too hot out to get past browsing 1/4 the lot. Hope to come back in the future for parts in a cooler season. Wish we had these lots back up in NY.”
