From roof inspection to brand new roof installed on our large 3-story, 5700sq/ft house was a matter of days (the installation itself was complete in a single day for the roof, and another day for the gutters, and a 3rd day for re-flashing nearly all of our windows), including Judd's extremely skillful negotiation with the insurance carrier to make sure the full scope of work was covered. Judd worked tirelessly to provide technical documentation to the insurance company to justify the need for a full roof replacement when they only wanted to replace half of the roof (ignoring the fact that the shingles were out of production and would not match the back half of the roof!). After having had a bad experience with the contractor my insurance company recommended, I reached out to Shaq. He answered my call and came and inspected my property the same day. He walked me through the claims process and explained the damages he saw and what needed to be done. He was thorough and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He followed up with me again the next day and was responsive to all of my questions prior to scheduling repairs. This is my first time having to go through something like this and he made the entire process very smooth for me. “If you are looking for a roofing company and needs your roof repair ASAP this is the company to call. I called them on Tuesday March 13 because the wind storm cause a fair damage to the roof. Amazingly, they came the same day. The price was fair, I am not going to say cheap. The lady who answered the phone didn't speak English very well , she asked me to email her my address and they were here in 45 min. They repaired the roof under the light snow flurry. These guys are amazing! I have a few houses and asked them to check them as well. I give them a review because I appreciated their willingness to come and fix the roof right away. All the other companies I called gave me at least a week before they can come to give me "AN ESTIMATE". I give them a good review because they deserve it, and I am really grateful. It is important to be grateful.”

“We needed our entire railing system for our deck replaced. Tim came out and took measurements with photos and then sent a proposal via email. The day of the project, the team showed up and performed an outstanding job. The care in which they took down the old railings, and the necessary wood working needed to create our new railings was amazing. They cleaned up all the old lumber and followed up with blowing away any debris. These men are true professionals and know what they are doing. The deck has sixteen stairs going straight down. Since the day it was built, the deck stairs always had a bit of a swaying sensation. Now we can walk down those stairs and feel absolutely no swaying. Our deck is more solid now than the day it was originally built. The work is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend Fletcher Construction.”
