PARK 216 Luxury Apartments

Probably one of the best if not the best place to live in the area. This was my first apartment, and I don't regret it, it was quiet, clean, great and friendly staff, maintenance on point! Only reason I moved out was because I'm leaving for deployment and I'm buying a house after, otherwise, I would've lived here as long as possible. Some great memories here, thanks Park 216 staff!

This has been one of the best experiences I have had renting! I absolutely loved my apartment and they had amazing amenities. My dog and I felt like we were apart of a little community that was so supportive and they really put their tenants first! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

Hands down best place you could live. All of the ladies in the clubhouse are the absolute nicest people and try to make living here as smooth as possible. The property is beautiful. The clubhouse is great. There’s a gym, yoga room, and a pool and just about every month there are little events that the complex hosts to bring the community together. If you’re a pet owner, they’re also very animal friendly and do Pet of the Months! As if the amenities weren’t enough, the bonus is the incredible personalities of everyone that works here.

The staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They have gone out of there way many times to help us when we were in tough situations. The apartments are very nice and have a very reasonable price. It's just great!
