The two technicians that came to my house were very polite, professional, they explained exactly what they were going to do and the price structure. They were very observant of the house and careful not to move or damage anything. Their professional behavior and friendly attitude was a credit to C & C Carpet Cleaning.

They did an excellent job in our rental home we had to re-clean the carpets because the tenants had used another company, which was more expensive btw, and the carpets were still very dark and dingy and there were about 30 different stains. They ended up doing two patch jobs but you honestly cannot tell that they patched it! The carpet looks bright and clean again!! Outstanding job and would definitely recommend to EVERYONE!! Very professional, affordable and they listened to and worked with me on my expectations. They are the only carpet company I have found that does it all right then and there and guarantees their work! I’ve used MANY different companies in the past and until now I had not found one I would use again!!
