Crossroads

A bit unorganized but from my experience most places that offer these types of services seem to be unorganized in one way or another. Their rules about alcohol consumption are a bit more strict than I am comfortable with. In the past I have never had a clinic test for alcohol consumption. The counselors are very nice but are mostly just for show/compliance. I recommend seeking additional counseling elsewhere. Despite those 3 tiny issues, I still highly recommend. Every clinic I've used has their own similar downfalls. They are reliable for always being open to dispense medication and are currently giving take homes for the weekends because of COVID (closed sat and sun). The nurses and front desk lady are so nice/funny and I never feel judged. I even look forward to seeing them every morning! Crossroads pulled me out of a very rough spot in my life and I am forever grateful! Thanks Crossroads!

I have been here since Nov.2021 and I LOVE it I love the help I love the staff I love the results I am actually getting better and not a user no more I couldn't be more proud of myself and everyone who goes there as well it's a task for sure it's a commitment but if you want it you can do it and I am so happy with where I am at in my treatment thank you crossroads in Suffolk VA I love y'all and will be with y'all for a lil while and maybe hopefully one day work with crossroads in there Suffolk office but for now being a patient it's amazing love my counselor as well shout out to Steve thank you for everything threw all my tears and crazyness thank you

Staff is great. Also, not a long wait. However, the staff is always leaving (quitting) and there are different counselors every few months. Some clients are developing abandonment issues because of that. May I suggest changing the opening hour to 6:00 instead of 5:00 ? Maybe that plus a raise in pay would influence the staff to stay.
