“This is my first dental review. I just HAD to share my AMAZING experience!!🥰 Yesterday, I received top-notch treatment from Dr. McKee and the staff at Family Dentistry in Suffolk. Dr. McKee relieved my anxiety of a chipped front tooth and effectively “patched” me up!! I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, the dental assistant (forgive me for not knowing her name), is super kind and worked intuitively with Dr. McKee. Such a super team!! 🤗 Last but not least, I cannot leave out Gwen working the front desk. Bless her heart! 😍 As the lights were being cut off and the staff were leaving for the day, she extended patience and understanding processing my transaction. I was so blessed to receive such self-less and compassionate care and attention. I anticipate my next visit!! 🙏 So grateful for this community dentistry. Thank you all!!”

The wonderful front office staff is top notch- always helpful and knowledgeable. Our hygienist, Wanda, is proficient, thorough, professional and always willing to provide good information about oral health. Dr. Taylor is one of those rare professionals who listens to you and gives his advice without ignoring your own concerns. He has always worked with my requests about my dental care. He is known for personally visiting the labs that he uses and choosing the best for his patients. We have had other oral health professionals comment on Dr. Taylor’s experience and good judgment. How fortunate for our family that we are a part of this ‘dental’ family.”

“A bit unorganized but from my experience most places that offer these types of services seem to be unorganized in one way or another. Their rules about alcohol consumption are a bit more strict than I am comfortable with. In the past I have never had a clinic test for alcohol consumption. The counselors are very nice but are mostly just for show/compliance. I recommend seeking additional counseling elsewhere. Despite those 3 tiny issues, I still highly recommend. Every clinic I've used has their own similar downfalls. They are reliable for always being open to dispense medication and are currently giving take homes for the weekends because of COVID (closed sat and sun). The nurses and front desk lady are so nice/funny and I never feel judged. I even look forward to seeing them every morning! Crossroads pulled me out of a very rough spot in my life and I am forever grateful! Thanks Crossroads!”

“It was first visit to Dr Zak’s office. I was very impressed with the organization and appearance of the exam facility. It was spotless and very roomy. You were not sitting on top one another. Dr Zak’s assistant was very polite and approachable and made me feel comfortable. Dr Zak examined me and we discussed my concerns. She was very thorough and a very warm person. My next appointment is already set!”
