“SERVICE: Build a Custom Home My wife and I have had a most pleasant experience working with Sadler Building Corporation. We expected building a custom home to be complex and complicated. We knew that there would be a lot of moving pieces that would be difficult to follow, but thanks to Sadler's deliberate process and working with us closely, we always felt that we were aware of what was happening every step of the way. Even though we were located in Northern Virginia as our Suffolk, VA home was being built, we found that telephone meetings and just a few trips to the area were sufficient to keep the momentum going, keep up with things, and make appropriate and timely selections and decisions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that when we came to Suffolk to meet with Ed Sadler and Brad Walker, they devoted those days to us entirely, which gave us time to make carefully thought-through decisions without being rushed. They both are extremely knowledgeable about home construction and were able to address all of our questions and issues either immediately, or knew where to go to get the appropriate answers. They also were able to make recommendations that we found to be extremely helpful. Throughout the process, the Sadler Team was very personable and polite and a pleasure to work with. This attitude also was apparent when we visited the worksite where John, the Site Superintendent, would greet us and provide a spot progress report and projection of scheduled work. If we ever build another home in an area where the Sadler Building Corporation does business, we definitely will go to them to have the work done. “We had our kitchen renovated floor to ceiling this spring. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Another great decision was deciding to have Harbour View Kitchen and Bath do the work. They were absolutely fantastic. Joe, who oversees the work plus does a lot of the work himself, did an amazing job. He is a perfectionist and there was not too much he missed! We could not be happier and we have a beautiful kitchen. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“The best establishment to go to. Dr Carson is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had two root canals done by her and not only was it painless, she was so friendly and really cared about my quality of care! The office manager Kim Day was so amazing as well. She worked with my insurance and myself on estimates and has devoted a lot of time to help devoted to my case! More health care establishments need to replicate the care abs customer service this place does! The go above and beyond! If only they did other dental work besides root canals because If they did they would be my office of choice! Love that place!”

“We have been here a couple of times and I love coming here. The staff is awesome about interacting with their tables. The first time we went, the (manager?) came by and talked to us about all the beers they had on rotation and what we should try. Being from Grand Rapids, we love trying local brews and so he was really helpful. The second time we went, one of their servers stopped by and interacted with our toddler and made us feel welcome every time she came by. She would chat with us and it was great. I love how easy going this place is and they always have great beer selections in their rotation.”
