It's very convenient from were I live. Heather the wonder lady that helped to get the right storage space showed us the two units than we picked one out the place is very nice and we don't have to worry about anything

Generally a good place. It is great they have several dollies to carry your stuff to your locker. Problem is, 2 of the 4 they have are very long and are hard to navigate around corners. I wish they had more smaller sized dollies than they have now.

We inquired twice about renting a unit to store furniture. Both of the people we spoke with at the 49th and Thomas location were very helpful and very friendly. We ended up renting a unit. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. This place is nice and clean and it eliminated my worries about storing my furniture in a dirty storage unit. I would highly recommend.
