I requested to be informed why the check engine light was on and $140.00 later just to diagnose a Beach/Barton Ford still under warranty just didn’t sit well. I don’t blame the staff at the dealership, they were great just a little tweaked about the cost of a scanner that the dealership should provide for Ford vehicles on the service lane in my opinion.”

“This is my first visit here I ordered a single burger not knowing how thin the patty was. It wasn't much bigger than the slice of cheese. They are actually steak not ground beef so it was tasty. The fries are shoestring, not my favorite so I had onion rings, very tasty, not breaded but battered. Next time I'll have to have at least a double or triple burger...do they make them thin to upsell the customer?!?! My friend had a patty melt which he enjoyed.”

“I have been servicing my truck at Starr Motors for many years. I have never thought that they install lift kits on trucks until I had a conversation with one of the mechanics while I was waiting for my truck to have an oil change done. I was referred to speak to Ryan and Seth. Both gentlemen explained in detail the process and the length of time to install the kit. Once I was convinced to have it done, Ryan eventually did all the planning and scheduling for the installation, and Seth was the mechanic who installed the lift kit. I’ve had the truck for a few weeks now since the installation and the ride has greatly improved. Kudos goes to Ryan and Seth for the outstanding job. I would definitely continue to service my truck and as well as refer others to Starr Motors.”
