(May 10, 2022, 11:43 am)Had to move my mom to a memory community and unfortunately, Atlantic Shores did not have any openings. But Roberta Gilbert, their admissions counselor, was so helpful in her recommendations of what I should be seeking at a facility. She went out of her way to check in with me during the process and her suggestions led us to a great backup option.
She clearly cared as much for making sure our mom found the "right" place even if it couldnt be at Atlantic Shores.
