Carolanne Terrace Apartments

I have lived here for 2 years now and its a nice quiet place to live. The old property manager was difficult to deal with, but now that she is gone everything is lovely.

We just moved in and so far it has been great. I believe the property is under new management and they have been very responsive to any issues we have had.

Good for them for caring about the aesthetics of the property. If sidewalk chalk is so easy to clean off, then why didn't the father pour a bucket of water on it after they were done and move on? Why should all the residents be forced to stare at someone's huge, excessive doodles for weeks every time they look out the window, which is how long the chalk will stick around if there's not a heavy rain or until someone else takes time out of their schedule to power wash it away. Love how the mob is so easily triggered and influenced by some sensationalized news story and doesn't even stop to consider the other side anymore.
