(September 14, 2022, 6:09 pm)Love love love this gym. Been a member since 2016 when they were a tiny little warehouse. Now they have expanded to 3 awesome locations! I still haven't checked out the Kempsville or Norfolk one, but judging by the pictures they're amazing! Staff members are always so nice, gym stays clean, and it's an overall great environment for just regular gym goers.
(September 9, 2022, 6:21 pm)Amazing gym & even better staff! Equipment is well maintained and replaced as necessary. Staff is always willing to help out and take recommendations into consideration. They get to know the members and make walking into the gym after a bad day worth going to the gym.

(September 2, 2022, 6:18 pm)I’ve been a member at the Castleton IA since January and I cannot recommend it enough! Staff is seriously awesome, they’re always super nice and willing to help you out! Very clean and organized environment and lots of great equipment. There has never been a time where I had a bad workout here!! Absolutely fantastic gym!

They show their support to the military and are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays so it works perfectly for whatever schedule you may have. I have taken advantage of this gym at all hours of the day and night. Staff is always friendly and engaging, and all of the equipment is clean and put away.
