They even help with modifications as necessary. No judgement from them at all, just come in and give your all. They will help you achieve the rest ?

Have know him personally for a long time and he blew my mind with the level of knowledge he showed when putting me through a workout! I have trained in multiple gyms around the country being stationed in a variety of different places but I have yet to find a trainer with such compassion to help me get to that next level that I wanted to be at. Would recommend this gym to anybody I know. Thanks Robert!!
(October 19, 2019, 1:27 pm)The experience I've gained from working out at TNDO is like no other. I lost over 40lbs with them since I started & I feel great. I became more active in my everyday life. It is a Family gym that is very welcoming to all. 5 stars for sure, no question!
(October 19, 2019, 1:23 pm)Amazing facility. Trainers are even better! Been going since day one and here I am 2 years later in the best shape of my life at 32 years old. Ive done the “one life’s” and the other local spots, NOPE. TNDO any day of the week and I recommend that for everyone.
