You don’t have to be flexible or super fit, this is an inclusive loving place that supports you on your fitness journey wherever you may be on it! You can tell the instructors have such a passion for self expression and I always leave feeling empowered and excited to come to the next class to learn more new things!! Seeing the instructors and higher level students do insanely beautiful combinations and tricks is so inspiring, and the most rewarding feeling is really being able to see my own progress after a few months of going to classes every week! “In January of 2020, I began using Oxygen to combat Pulminary Lung disease. We were scheduled to fly on vacation two days later and learned that Oxygen tanks were not allowed on planes. We contacted Advanced Aeromedical Air and rented the necessary Oxygen Concentrator to make the trip. Skip Scribner, the owner, was extremely helpful in explaining all the requirements necessary and provided all equipment needed. Since then, we’ve returned to ultimately purchase an Inogen Oxygen Concentrator for portable use in the car, hiking and at home.
