My husband and I both came to know Allen Pyle and Pyle Realty via a referral. The first time we met him he was gracious enough to come to our home as we have three young children and sat and chatted with us just to get to know us and to allow us to get to know him. After that initial meeting, my husband and I immediately decided Allen was a perfect fit for us. He was easy going, honest, a family man and laid it all out on the table. We didn’t feel as though we were trying to be coerced or pushed into any decisions and he made us feel immediately comfortable. Throughout our house buying process, Allen was always available to us and answered numerous questions quickly and efficiently. If he didn’t have the answer he made sure he got you an answer quickly Allen was not only extremely knowledgeable about the Process of buying and selling homes, but he had extensive information regarding the house building process having been in construction in the past as well.
Allen’s easygoing manner made it so that he was able to communicate with all parties involved to resolve any issues we had throughout our buying and selling process quickly and calmly this keeping everyone involved on the same page.
We also got a chance to work with Allen’s son Nathan who was equally as professional and hardworking. We would recommend Pyle Realty to ANYONE and EVERYONE if you’re looking for a personal relationship with your realtor who treats you like family instead of a number.
