“First time here. The Pulled Pork is fantastic. Nicely done with a excellent light smoke. Macaroni Salad was simply done but execution was really great. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The real star was the Carolina BBQ Sauce. Great example of Carolina BBQ sauce with a solid vinegar base and nice peppery bite.”
