Neil was incredibly helpful and patient in walking us through the options, coming out and measuring, design elements, and providing feedback! Being in Richmond, we were only able to use their design and installation services, with the general contracting being local.

Neil coordinated all work with the electrician, the plumber and the General contractor to remove a wall. Very professional team to work with and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
