Dr. Taylor and the staff is amazing. I came to see The Smile Center with Dr. Scott Parr and I was introduced to his son. I came in for an impacted wisdom tooth that was hurting. I needed to get it removed. I was able to see in less than a week. He was able to removed it and the healing process is going well. What I love about the place is how they pay attention to your comfort and your needs. The staff and very friendly, positive, and passionate to serve their patients. Everyone wants to be there. He explained the treatment process with visuals of my teeth and what needs to be done. They go out of your way to care and help you have a beautiful smile. If you are looking for a dentist or a team of dentist, please give this office an opportunity to serve you. They are family oriented and my wife and kids have been going to them for 10+ years. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday was my first visit. I was quickly put at ease. From check in to check out the Dr. and staff were friendly and helpful.

AMAZING! Everyone, starting at the desk to the back, AMAZING! Very relaxing atmosphere. Welcoming, comforting, an overall great place for folks who have a fear or had a bad experience before at a dental visit. The Smile Center is like when you go to that fast food chain with the incredible chicken sandwiches and no matter what city you're in you never come across an unpleasant employee, everyone is nice and happy! It's hard to put into words how Bob and I felt after yesterday's appointment. We both had what we think is major work, but Dr. Frey is amazing. She is extremely sensitive to her patients, friendly and very skilled. Her staff who support are the most caring and friendly we have ever seen in a dental practice. We are so blessed to have found you - we just wish we had found you 9 years ago when we first moved here.

Can't believe that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist -- bet you didn't expect me to say that. From my horrible previous experience with another VB dentist to today, just a year later, your practice has made a world of difference to me. Not only did you save all the teeth the other so-called dentist was going to remove, but your professional organization and friendly, caring staff are a remarkable reflection of your commitment to excellent dentistry. I'll be starting my grand-daughter (3 yr old) with the Smile Center soon. I want her to have the 'best' from the beginning!
