The Smile Center

I have been going to the smile center since I was a little kid. I moved away from the area and tried a few other places…. Big mistake and I came running back to the smile center!!!

My first consultation back in almost 15 years and all of my worries and concerns were validated and understood. All of the staff members treat you like family and genuinely care from the second you walk in until the second you leave. I had some staff members remember me from over 15 years ago! They are still asking about how my family members are doing from when I was a kid.

I HAD terrible dental anxiety due to another experience at a different dentist… and I have overcome my fear since returning here! I do not feel like I am ever being judged when getting my teeth cleaned or any type of procedure. I have had cleanings (Megan is my hygienist and she is great!!), a crown, and multiple fillings and they have all turned out great!

I remember my first day retuning back here almost a year ago and I was telling everyone about how I enjoy going to the dentist now. And I was so happy to see they still give out a flower on your way out....I always look forward to getting one! This will be my dentist for life!

I had veneers done here years ago and every dentist I go to still compliments me on how nice they are!

I always expect something wonderful to happen everyday of my life; with the exception of ALL THINGS DENTAL… A few weeks ago I finally gathered up a nerve to reach out to THE Smile Center. I sent the email and thought nothing more of it. I received a follow up call the very next business day from Janine. She scheduled me and sent my new patient paperwork via email… a few days passed and she followed up to make sure I received the paperwork and answered any questions in anticipation of my appointment. She even offered to resend the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to go searching through my emails (WOW). Today I went to my appointment and from the moment I walked in, it was like I was THE ONLY PATIENT in the office. The attention, care and concern extended was remarkable
I have EXTREME DENTAL ANXIETY and within 5-10 min, no lie I didn’t even remember I was in the dentist
Every single person was personable, genuine and intentional about their service level. It was like being at a spa with a few great girlfriends. Dr. Frye thoroughly explained my treatment options
Theresa answered all my follow up questions and was even able to get me scheduled for a cleaning today too. I mean they left no stone unturned and I was completely blown away. Sharetta the dental hygienist referred to them as “FANTASY DENTAL ISLAND” and I couldn’t agree more … seriously I have legit been smiling since I left…. Best experience ever and just as I was walking out Theresa was like hey take some flowers on your way out…
WOW! WOW! WOW!
