“Although the phone service in setting up the appointment was rough, I always have a wonderful experience here. This was the first time I saw Kelsey and it was for an IUD insertion. Her bedside manner was fantastic! She made sure my normal provider had gone through everything and reiterated the possible side effects, effects, and risks. During the procedure her and her team made sure I was as comfortable as possible and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. I believe she even gave up part of her lunch break to squeeze me in earlier which was greatly appreciated.”

“I came to see Dr. Morgan on the recommendation of my GI doctor for a second opinion on a problem, and I really like how he took me seriously and treated me in general. Since then I've become pregnant and chosen to stick with him as my OB because he's easy to talk to and his office is a comfortable experience as well as being comprehensive care (eg, in-office counselors for PPD and taking mental health and anxiety about women's health seriously). “Dr Spitze’s surgical team is awesome! Had a cataract surgery on Monday and was frightened the minute I stepped inside the clinic. The team which included Shay, Joy, Dr Tracey Gibson and the other nurses were professionals, friendly and made me feel welcome, valued and important. They took good care of me making sure I was comfortable even though I was only there for a short period of time. Dr Tracey was so knowledgeable and covered everything I was supposed to know about the anesthesia that she was about to administer to me. My fear disappeared and felt safe under their watch. Ashley the nurse for Dr Waterbury was kind and polite and very thorough in getting me ready for my visit with Dr Waterbury and knew me as soon as she came into the waiting area to call me back for my procedure. I had only met her once before. As always Dr Waterbury is always on top of his game. He is patient kind and thorough and proficient. He explained everything to me so that I had few questions if any about what he was doing . My colposcopy today was done very efficiently and I feel that he is a very skilled doctor and he makes me feel confident and comfortable when I have an office visit or a procedure done.
