Her hair was dry and matted, it took me hours to even get a wide tooth comb through it. Much more than I could handle on my own. This establishment worked all the knots out of her medium length natural 4z hair and had her hair beautifully braided in box braids in about 5hrs. The braids were all equal in length and thickness as well. I'm amazed and will be trying them out myself soon.”
