Great customer service. Kevin walked me around the facility to ensure what I was getting would meet my needs and price range. Walked me through all the paperwork and process quickly and painless.

My first time renting storage period. Kevin and Chris made it a very positive experience; saved me headache, saved me hassle, gave me great options. Not only is this a good location with excellent service, but also has the best hours of access in the area. A double thumbs up, i highly recommend.

Chris was very kind and helpful. He showed me to my space and showed me how to work the lock. He pointed out how to travel around the building to leave when I’m done. Explained the hours too and details about my contract. Very clean facility too. Nice and comfortable. Inviting if you will ?

My experience as a long standing customer at the Kempsville Road location has always been positive. Chris and Kevin are very customer service oriented, professional and knowledgable in all aspects on their job. They're like my Extra Space family! I can rest assured knowing that they're taken care some of my belongings. I would Highly recommend this storage location to any of my family and friends. Simply the Best!!!
