“Not really busy. They really need to keep their shopping carts powered and in good condition. These kind of carts have a weight limit and may be signs should be put on them that the buggies are for ONE person only. I've seen women allowing their kid to ride on it or in the cart. Being older and the store is so big, I really need a functioning cart now-a-days.”
