Sea Salt Grill

Better than i thought it would be. Simple menu. Teeny tiny place. Mostly what you see on the outside is it. Two person operation. But the food is good. We were pleasantly surprised.

Great service and a perfect beachside location. Hush puppies and fries were amazing, but the shrimp was pricey and lightly fried. Caesar salad dressing was too acidic, but the chicken was good. Million dollar pie was more like whipped cream with toppings.

Edit: 5 stars because the response made me laugh. Grease laden seafood got me 🤣🤣

I have to tell everyone out there. You must try the fish sandwich. It wasn’t just the size of the fish sandwich. It was the type of battering. It was the moistness of the fish and I have to give David a lot of kudos. My mother and I were there twice on two different weekends and his service is nothing less than five star. I think that is the best fish sandwich I have ever had in my life and the night before I had a fish sandwich at another restaurant absolutely no comparison at all. I will 100% make a point to come by the restaurant for their great service and great food. Every time I come to Virginia Beach there’s no way I could not come back there.

Hot Flounder and fresh salad for dinner and scrumptious breakfast were perfect and affordable. Awesome view on VA Beach boardwalk watching waves, birds & horses. Lovely Owners, chefs & waitress April, are all welcoming, friendly, courteous & provide the best guest service. Tasty champagne and cocktails top off a great dining experience and overnight stay. I'll be back!!
