I ordered from Oklahoma and wanted to order the Massif 2-Piece flight suit for the best price and a non-standard size (significantly better price and selection at Double Tap). The order shipped out quickly. When I received the package, I had received the wrong size. I wrote an e-mail to customer service and got a response the next day with a note on how the mix up occurred (again, non-standard size). The right size was shipped out that day with a pre-labeled return envelope for the wrong size. Excellent customer service, quick response and, a quality product. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for more gear.
