Had a great experience here! I had tried printing out a project at two other companies' locations and ran into issues. Lorie was able to determine WHY the issue was occurring and painstakingly printed out almost 100 documents one by one for me once she determined the issue was preventing the entire file being printed at once. I was so frustrated by the time I decided to go to FedEx and was sure I wouldn't be able to leave with the copies I needed, but Lorie took care of it and I appreciate her help so much!

Chauncey was the only employee working at this location. I had a 100 pound crate that I was shipping 2 day air, halfway across the country. I went inside and mentioned that I had a crate. I then pulled in front of the store door, and he helped me carefully load my crate onto a dolly. I was shipping a very high-end piece of art to a museum using their account number. Chauncey was extremely attentive, and made the shipping process very easy. I had a previous experience with Chauncey, printing a poster for an art show for me. Due to how satisfied I was with him and his work, I drove 20 minutes to this specific store (many others were closer to me) to ensure that this crate was carefully handled. I trusted Chauncey to help me get all info that was necessary for the label (some things I didn't even think of.) Both times I worked with Chauncey, he thought of different FedEx services that could help me and my business. It was not a pushy sales pitch, but he genuinely cared about what I did, and wanted to offer some additional FedEx services that would be the best value for me. I didn't take him up on anything extra this time around, but I appreciate him always creatively thinking of ways to help me grow my business. I firmly believe that Chauncey is a large reason for the high reviews and success of this store. He is certainly why I am a customer there.

This FedEx location has very helpful staff who pays attention to detail and directs the client right. Rated them a 4 star just because FedEx rates are a little on the higher side otherwise this is a 5 star facility.
